San Antonio is one city that grows on a daily basis, whether its buildings people or business there is never a lack of things to do. Families from all over the states move to the Alamo city for several different reasons and are welcomed by smiling faces, warmth, and NEW HOUSES!!! There are several areas in San Antonio with new home construction that display several different builders and offer a variety of amenities and convenient location. New home construction in San Antonio is on the rise and will only keep growing. According to MetroStudy report, San Antonio’s new home market has the best numbers in seven years. There is about 70 new communities in San Antonio that display houses from various builders. Not only are more houses going up but also condominiums. On Broadway and Hildebrand a new high rise condominium building was put up, very close to Incarnate Word high school and UIW. There have also been some abandoned buildings in Downtown San Antonio that have been restored into condominiums which is a great way to utilize unused buildings. Along with new highway construction in San Antonio to make the city more accessible to residents in every way there has also been new house construction. San Antonio also has availability to by a lot and build off that. It is not uncommon to build a new house on a property in San Antonio. San Antonio offers the serene open land of the countryside but also still very close and commutable to the city. With new home construction on the rise in San Antonio many people are making it a permanent place of residence.
